The Ocean Cruising 48 represents a fascinating departure for its builder, Ocean Yachts. Historically renowned for producing highspeed, luxury "Jersey" sportfishing boats, the Leek family ventured into the sailing market in the early 1990s with a clear objective: to apply their expertise in highend systems and manufacturing to a line of performanceoriented cruising sailboats.
