Unlike its namesake, the Robert Perry-designed Mirage 30—which was a stout, masthead-rigged family cruiser—the 30 SX was built for speed, featuring a more aggressive deck molding, a refined fractional rig, and a deeper, high-aspect keel and rudder assembly.
