The Robber 3 E is a compact and spirited monohull sailboat, originally conceived as an International Offshore Rule (IOR) 1/4 ton prototype. Designed by the Swedish maritime architects Bernt Lindquist and Peter Ståhle, with modifications and "IOR tweaks" by Stuart Jardine, she offers a blend of racing heritage and cruising potential in a sub-25-foot package. While early versions were built by BEBS Ltd., the final two Robber 3 Es were constructed by Thames Marine in the UK, a builder renowned for producing robust and family-friendly fiberglass cruising yachts. This model was offered in both flush deck and blister cabin versions, catering to different preferences for deck space versus interior volume.
