The Endeavourcat 30 represents a pivotal moment in the evolution of the Endeavour Yacht Corporation, marking its successful transition from the traditional monohull market to the burgeoning world of cruising multihulls. Developed in the early 1990s as the company reinvented itself as Endeavour Catamaran Corporation, the Endeavourcat 30 was designed to provide the stability and interior volume of a catamaran within a footprint that remained "slipfriendly." With a beam of 14 feet 6 inches, the vessel was specifically engineered to fit into standard 15foot monohull slips, a significant logistical advantage for coastal cruisers concerned about the high cost and low availability of wide multihull berths. Constructed using vacuumbagged biaxial fiberglass with a closedcell foam core, the 30foot model established the build standards for its larger siblings, including the Endeavourcat 34 and the highly successful Endeavourcat 36.
