The Samourai Mk 1 is a compact and capable monohull sailboat, recognized for its blend of cruising comfort and surprising racing prowess. Designed by Michel Bigoin, with collaboration from Daniel Duvergie, this vessel was built jointly by Japan's New Japan Yacht Co. Ltd. and the French builder CNSO (Constructions Nautiques du Sud-Ouest).
